摘要 串联补偿技术是解决配网10kV线路电压质量问题的有效手段,但补偿点及补偿容量的确定尚无实用的程序化方法。研究在潮流计算的基础上,针对农网典型的10kV线路末端低电压、末端T接小水电线路电压波动问题,提出基于综合能效分析的固定串联补偿位置及容量的程序化确定方法。典型案例应用表明:应用该方法确定的串联补偿方案不仅可使各节点电压符合国家标准,且可获得最大的降损节能、提高线路输送容量的效果。 Series capacitor compensation technology is an effective means to solve the distribution network 10 kV line voltage quality,however,there is no practical procedural method for determining the compensation location and compensation capacity.This research,based on the calculation of power flow,aiming at the typical low voltage of 10 kV line in rural power grid and the problem of voltage fluctuation of T terminal connected with small hydropower lines,proposed a method of determining the position and capacity of fixed capacitors in series compensation,based on the energy efficiency analysis.Typical case application shows that:Applying the method to determine the series compensation scheme can not only make each node voltage meet the national standard,but also get the maximum loss reduction and improve the transmission capacity of the line.
