摘要
回顾了我国烧结技术发展的五个历史阶段,介绍了在近五年转型发展的关键时期,烧结从重生产型向生产与环保协同发展型转变所取得的技术进步,重点介绍了烧结烟气循环技术、可燃气体辅助烧结技术、料面喷洒热蒸汽技术、强化烧结制粒技术、竖冷窑技术、活性炭烟气协同治理技术、脱硫+SCR脱硝烟气治理技术等,展望了烧结技术在"降本增效、环境治理、智能工厂"面临的机遇与挑战。
The five historical stages of sintering technology development in our country are reviewed, and the technical progress achieved in transition from heavy production type of sintering to collaborative development of sintering production and environmental protection during the critical stage of the last five years transformation development is introduced. The sintering flue gas reeirculation technology, the combustible gas-assisted sintering technology (Super-Sinter technology), the technology of injecting hot steam onto material surface, the technology of intensifying sintering granulation, the cold shaft furnace technology, the collaborative control technology of sintering flue gas with active carbon, the desulphurization + SCR denitrification flue gas control technology etc. are introduced emphatically, providing a glimpse into the future opportunities and challenges faced by the sintering technology in terms of lower "cost and higher profits, environmental control and intelligent factory".
