添加剂对钒钛磁铁矿烧结过程NO生成影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用烧结杯实验装置研究了不同添加剂对钒钛磁铁矿烧结过程NO生成影响。结果表明:在烧结混合料中加入尿素、氯化铵、碳酸铵及碳酸氢铵后烟气中NO的排放浓度及生成总量都有一定幅度的降低,同时未对烧结主要技术经济指标产生显著影响,其中添加尿素及氯化铵后对NO的减排效果最好;另外实验确定了尿素的最佳添加量为0. 5%,氯化铵的最佳添加量为0. 3%,在此条件下烧结过程NO的减排率分别达到22. 0%及20. 4%。 The effect of different additives on NO formation in the sintering process of vanadium and titanium magnetite was studied by using the sintering pot experiment device. The results show that, after adding urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium carbonate and ammonium bicarbonate in the sintering mixture, the emission concentration and total amount of NO in the flue gas have been reduced to a certain extent. At the same time, it has no significant effect on the main technical and economic indicators of sintering, and the addition of urea and ammonium chloride has the best NO emission reduction effect. In addition, the experiment has confirmed that the optimal amount of urea addition is 0.5 %, and the best amount of ammonium chloride addition is 0.3%, under which condition, the reduction rate of NO emission in sintering process reaches 22.0% and 20.4% respectively.
