斗轮机回转机构极限转矩联轴器的故障分析及改进 被引量:1

摘要 斗轮机的回转限矩联轴器由于设备设计选型存在的问题,导致其在运行当中设备故障频繁及检修困难,针对存在的问题,对联轴器的故障点进行了分析并提出了解决的措施。该文对改造前后的联轴器的工作原理和使用性能进行了对比,通过对改造实施后的蝶簧式极限转矩联轴器的检查,效果明显。 Due to the problems existing in design and selection of such equipment as the rotary limit torque coupling of bucket wheel machine, which results in such problems in the operation as frequent equipment fault and difficult maintenance, in view of these problems, the fault points of the coupling were analyzed and the solutions were put forward. In this paper, the working principle and performance of the coupling before and after the modification were compared, and through checking of the butterfly type limit torque coupling, the effect of the butterfly type ultimate coupling after the implementation of modification is obvious.
