炙甘草汤加减联合参松养心胶囊治疗气阴两虚型室性期前收缩

Treatment of Cases of Premature Ventricular Contraction of Qi and Yin Defi ciency Type by Combination of Zhigancao Decoction and Shensongyangxin Capsule

目的:探究炙甘草汤加减联合参松养心胶囊对气阴两虚型室性期前收缩患者心电图改善的影响。方法:选取灵宝市中医院2016年1月至2016年12月治疗气阴两虚型室性期前收缩患者136例,随机数字表法分为两组,各68例。对照组采用参松养心胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用炙甘草汤加减治疗,统计比较两组患者治疗后心电图疗效及临床不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组心电图改善总有效率94.12%(64/68)高于对照组的79.41%(54/68),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率7.35%(5/68)低于对照组的22.06%(15/68),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:炙甘草汤加减联合参松养心胶囊治疗气阴两虚型室性期前收缩患者心电图疗效显著,不良反应发生率低。

Objective To explore the effect of Zhigancao decoction combined with shensongyangxin capsule on the improvement of electrocardiogram in patients with Qi and Yin defi ciency type of premature ventricular beat. Methods 136 cases of ventricular premature beat of Qi and Yin defi ciency from January 2016 to December 2016 in Lingbao Chinese medicine hospital were selected. They were divided into two groups according to random number table, each with 68 cases.The control group was treated with Shensongyangxin capsule, while the observation group was treated with Zhigancao decoction based on the control group. The effect of ECG and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of ECG in the observation group of 94.12 %（64/68）, which was higher than that in the control group 79.41%（54/68）. The difference was statistically signifi cant（P 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.35 %（5/68）, which was lower than that of the control group 22.06 %（15/68）, and the difference was statistically signifi cant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The ECG effect Zhigancao decoction combined with Shenrongyangxin Capsule in the treatment of patients with Qi and Yin defi ciency type of premature ventricular beats is signifi cant. The incidence of adverse reactions is low.
