精准扶贫背景下的珠峰自然保护区农民专业合作社发展研究

Study on the Development of the Farmers' Cooperative in Qomolangma National Nature Reserve under the Targeted Poverty Alleviation Program

我国大部分保护区地处贫困边远地区,社区自我发展能力较弱,对资源的依赖性强,社区发展需要和生态保护之间的矛盾突出。农民专业合作社具有天然的益贫性,是实现精准扶贫目标的有效途径之一。本文以珠穆朗玛峰国家级自然保护区为研究对象,分析了精准扶贫和生态保护双重背景下合作社的发展特征和问题,并提出在生态保护语境下合作社实现精准扶贫的路径。

The research showed that the characteristics of farmers' cooperatives in Qomolangma Nature Reserve included diversified development pattern, strong government support and focusing on poor households, andhigh participation of farmers. However, due to the lack of technology and skilled human resource and well preparedoperation mechanism, the sustainability of farmers' cooperatives were not developed well. Therefore, communityresources and cultural characteristics, biodiversity conservation and market demands should be taken into account on the cooperative development so that the objectives of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Program can be achieved.
