本文通过分析复合外观与胶水不干的关系，指出复合膜、袋上存在的胶水不干现象不是所使用的胶水存在质量问题的证据，而是复合软包装材料加工企业生产工艺、质量管理系统存在缺陷的证据。

By analyzing the relationship between composite appearance and nondrying of glue, this paper points out that the phenomenon of nondrying of glue on composite films and bags is not evidence of quality problems of the glue used, but evidence of defects in production process and quality management system of composite flexible packaging materials processing enterprises.
