摘要
质量诚信体系建设是全面依法治国的需要,市场经济发展的要求,也是践行社会主义核心价值观的应有之义。加强质量诚信体系建设,要强化顶层设计,以"互联网+"为载体,最大化的实现诚信精神的价值;不断推进质量诚信立法工作;营造诚实守信、自律守法的社会环境。论述中,重点探讨建立权威性的质量诚信数据标准与质量诚信评审"H+3"责任制。
The construction of quality credit system is the need of ruling the country in an all-round way according to law, the requirement of the market economy development, and the proper meaning of practicing the socialist core values. To strengthen the construction of quality credit system, we must strengthen the top-level design, maximize the value of the integrity spirit with the ＂Internet ＋＂ as the earn＇er, constantly push forward the legislation of quah＇ty integrity, and create an honest, trustworthy, self-discipline and law-abiding social environment. In this paper, the establishment of authoritative quality credit data standards and quality credit evaluation ＂H ＋ 3＂ responsibility system are discussed.
