摘要
为贯彻落实《质量发展纲要(2011-2020年)》,应健全质量信用信息收集与发布制度,完善企业质量信用档案和产品质量信用信息记录,促进产品质量信用信息的推广应用,建立多层次、全方位的质量信用服务市场。本文结合安徽企业质量信用平台建设经验,通过研究基于商品条码的产品质量信用构成要素,确定产品质量信用的范畴,为产品质量信用信息归集与共享提供基础和借鉴,最终实现产品质量信用信息服务社会。
In order to carry out the quality development program (2011-2020 years), we should strength the system of quality credit information collection and publication, improve the quality credit files of enterprises and the quality credit information records of product, promote the popularization and use of product quality credit information, and establish a multi-level and all-round quality credit service market. Based on the eonsttuetion experience of Anhui enterprise quality credit platform, this paperstudies the components of product quality credit based on commodity bar code, determines 'the category of product quality credit,and provides the basis and reference for the collection and sharing of product quality credit information, so as to realize theservice society of produet quality credit information finally.
