“姑嫂一条心，巧做小酥饼，白糖加椒盐，又糯又香甜。”这足赞美浙江桐乡吗镇特产-姑嫂饼的一首民谣。姑嫂饼是鸟镇的传统名点，距今已有一百多年历史。2012年，姑嫂饼制作技艺被列入第四批浙江省非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录。徐霞巧利用这得天独厚的资源，把小小的姑嫂饼做成了一门传承文化、传递爱心的大生意。

Given the efforts of Xu Liqiao, owner of Wuzhen Taifengzhai Tourist Crafts and Foods Co., Ltd., and other craftspeople, to develop cake-making skills, the craft of making the cakes was added to the list of Zhejiang＇s items of intangible cultural heritage in 2012. Given the smooth and consistent development of Xu＇s business, more job opportunities have been created for disabled residents.
