Colorful,Thread -Twined Balls of Art

摘要 Balls made from colorful, twined threads, known as shouju in Chinese, or temari in Japanese, is a folk art that originated in ancient China between the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods (770-221 BC). Since Dai Lu noticed the artistic value of this handmade craft, about five years ago, she has dedicated herself to adding innovative, decorative elements to this craft, and to making it popular in contemporary Chinese society. 手鞠球是中凼传统民间艺术之一,起源于春秋战国时期。五年前,代露接触到这一艺术形式,肝始深入挖掘其观赏性和审美价值。通过材质的创新和设计细节的改进,她希望小小的手鞠球可以焕发新生机,为更多人所喜爱。
