Shen Yueyue, Vice-Chairperson of the Standing Committee of the National People＇s Congress and President of the All-China Women＇s Federation （ACWF）, met Hinda D6by Itno, wife of Chadian President Idriss Deby Itno, in Beijing on September 5,2018. Shen noted that during the opening ceremony of the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation （FOCAC）, Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered the keynote speech, during which he interpreted new ideas and views about strengthening the China-Africa relationship, and he announced new measures and actions for China＇s pragmatic cooperation with countries on the African continent. President Xi also explained the necessity to build a China-Africa community with a shared future, Shen said.
