64排螺旋CT在腰椎真假性滑脱诊断及鉴别诊断中的作用评价

Evaluation of the Role of 64-slice Spiral CT in Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of True Spondylolisthesis

目的探究64排螺旋CT对腰椎真假性滑脱诊断以及鉴别诊断能够起到的作用效果。方法将200例于2016年5月到2017年4月在我院接受治疗的腰椎滑脱患者纳入为研究对象,对比所有患者的X线片,CT以及64排螺旋CT三维重建图像,观察并记录检查结果。结果 200例患者中真性滑脱149例,假性滑脱51例;前滑脱195例,侧方滑脱5例。L4前滑脱123例,L5前滑脱63例,L3前滑脱9例。螺旋CT能够较好地展示病变位置的详细情况。结论 64排螺旋CT能够提高对于腰椎真假性滑脱的诊断能力,利用螺旋CT三维重建技术可以较好地评价腰椎病变位置的情况,能够帮助判断腰椎滑脱的程度和性质,有利于促进后续进行针对性的治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of 64-slice spiral CT on the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lumbar true spondylolisthesis. Methods 200 cases of spondylolisthesis treated in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 were included in the study,X-ray films, CT and 64-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction images of all patients were compared and observed and recorded. Results In the 200 patients, 149 were true spondylolisthesis, 51 were false spondylolisthesis, 195 were spondylolisthesis, and 5 were lateral spondylolisthesis. There were 123 cases of L4 before slippage, 63 cases of L5 before spondylolisthesis, and 9 cases of L3 before spondylolisthesis. Spiral CT can better show the location of the lesion. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT can improve the diagnostic ability of true spondylolisthesis of the lumbar spine, which is beneficial to promote follow-up. Targeted treatment. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
