糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的临床护理研究

Clinical Nursing Study of Arteriovenous Fistula in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的对糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的护理措施进行探讨总结。方法随机选取本院2016年1月至2017年1月期间的60例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。为患者建立好血管通路,实施维持性血液透析,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施心理护理、饮食护理、强化动静脉内瘘护理和锻炼指导等。观察两组并发症发生率及内瘘成熟时间。结果经治疗护理,对照组并发症发生率为16.67%,观察组并发症发生率为3.33%,组间具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘实施综合的护理干预,可降低并发症发生率,使其生活质量得到提升。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing measures of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Establish vascular access for patients and implement maintenance hemodialysis, the control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given psychological nursing, diet nursing, strengthening arteriovenous fistula nursing and exercise guidance on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of complications and the maturation time of internal fistula were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment and nursing, the complication rate of the control group was 16.67%, the complication rate of the observation group was 3.33%, there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with diabetic nephropathy and maintenance hemodialysis can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life.
