双中心摆位技术在中段食管癌精确放疗中的应用分析

Application of Dual-center Placement Technique in Accurate Radiotherapy of Esophageal Cancer

目的分析在对中段食管癌患者实施精确放疗时双中心摆位技术的应用效果和价值。方法随机收集使用精确放疗的中段食管癌患者80例。将其按照入院顺序分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组在放疗时使用单中心定位摆位技术治疗,观察组在放疗时使用双中心摆位技术治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果和安全性进行比较和分析。结果两组均取得一定效果,但相比对照组,观察组的左右线性误差、左右旋转误差、前后旋转误差、冠状面旋转误差均明显低于对照组。同时考虑摆位技术误差后,观察组计划靶区受量明显高于对照组,观察组其他器官的受量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对中段食管癌患者实施精确放疗时,通过双中心摆位技术可明显避免线性误差和旋转误差,并能够提升计划靶区受量,降低其他危及器官受量,在临床治疗中有着较高的临床使用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect and value of dual center swing technique in precise radiotherapy for patients with middle esophageal cancer. Methods 80 patients with intermediate esophageal cancer who needed precise radiotherapy were randomly collected. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission. The number of each group was 40 cases. The control group was treated with single center positioning technique at the time of radiotherapy. The observation group was treated with dual centering technique in radiotherapy, and the clinical treatment effect and safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The two groups achieved certain results, but compared with the control group, the left and right linear error, left and right rotation error, front and back rotation error, coronal rotation error of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. At the same time, the amount of planned target area in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the amount of other organs in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the middle stage of esophageal cancer patients with precise radiotherapy, through the dual center of the positioning technique can significantly avoid the linear error and rotation error, and can improve the planned target area, reduce the risk of other organs, in clinical treatment has a High clinical use value.
