Analysis of the Risk Factors of Premature Rupture of Membranes in Premature Infants and Nursing Care

目的探讨引发未足月胎膜早破的高危因素及相关的护理策略,以保障母婴健康。方法对2013年2月至2018年4月本院收治的52例未足月胎膜早破患者的临床资料进行分析,分析引起胎膜早破的危险因素,并制定针对性的护理策略。结果胎位异常、生殖道感染、多胎、羊水过多、宫颈内口松弛、性交是引起未足月胎膜早破的高危因素。结论引发未足月胎膜早破的高危因素有多种,临床中应采取科学的护理干预方法进行预防,以提高自然分娩率,保证母婴的生命健康。

Objective To explore the high risk factors and nursing strategies of premature rupture of meniscus membranes in order to protect the health of mother and baby. Methods In February 2013 to April 2018 in our hospital were analyzed in 52 cases of patients with premature rupture of membranes before term clinical data were analyzed, and risk factors analysis of the cause of premature rupture of membranes, and formulate corresponding nursing strategy. Results Reproductive tract infection, multiple births, excessive amniotic fluid, relaxation of the cervix, abnormal sexual intercourse and fetal position are the high risk factors for premature rupture of the menarche membrane. Conclusion There are many kinds of risk factors for premature rupture of menarche membrane. Scientific nursing intervention should be adopted in clinical prevention to improve the rate of spontaneous delivery and ensure the life and health of mother and baby.
