分析性激素测定在婚检孕检妇女中的应用

Application of Analysis of Sex Hormones in Pregnant Women Undergoing Premarital Examination

目的针对在婚检孕检妇女中采取性激素测定的作用展开分析。方法参与本次研究的对象为2017年1月至2017年12月在我院进行免费孕检的4626对患者,患者进行婚检、孕检、性激素检测。结果数据显示,患有妇科疾病的妇女的各项检测指标均要比正常妇女高,<30组妇女的LH和FSH值均要比≥40岁组低。结论采取性激素检测诊断妇女生殖系统疾病具有比较重要的价值,通过对性激素水平进行分析,医生能够在常见妇科疾病的预防和医治中给出指导,并对卵巢储备功能进行预测。

Objective To analyze the role of sex hormone measurement in premarital examination pregnant women. Methods The subjects participating in this study were 4626 patients undergoing a free pregnancy test in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017. The patients were subjected to premarital examinations, pregnancy tests, and sex hormone tests. Results The data showed that women with gynecological diseases had higher indicators of detection than normal women, the LH and FSH values of women in group 〈30 were lower than those of the group ≥ 40. Conclusion The use of sex hormones to diagnose women＇s reproductive system diseases is of great value. By analyzing the level of sex hormones, doctors can give guidance in the prevention and treatment of common gynecological diseases and predict ovarian reserve function.
