痰热清注射液联合抗病毒治疗邪毒侵心型急性病毒性心肌炎的疗效影响

Effect of Tanreqing Injection Combined with Antiviral Therapy on Acute Viral Myocarditis Induced by Toxin

目的探讨痰热清注射液联合抗病毒治疗邪毒侵心型急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年4月至2018年4月收治的28例邪毒侵心型急性病毒性心肌炎为研究对象,参照患者自愿原则将其分为观察组(n=15)和对照组(n=13),对照组接受常规干预和抗病毒治疗,观察组实施痰热清注射液联合抗病毒进行治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后IL-6和MIF均有所改善(P<0.05),观察组治疗后IL-6、MIF改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将痰热清注射液和抗病毒联合用于邪毒侵心型VMC治疗中可以提高临床疗效,改善患者炎症反应,促进患者恢复。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tan Re Qing injection combined with anti-virus treatment of cultivarinvading acute viral myocarditis. Methods 28 cases of viral myocarditis with acute viral myocarditis admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2018 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into observation group（n=15） and control group according to the voluntary principle of patients（n=13）, the control group received routine intervention and antiviral therapy, and the observation group was treated with Tan Re Qing injection combined with antiviral therapy. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results IL-6 and MIF improved after treatment in both groups（P〈0.05）. The improvement of IL-6 and MIF in the observation group was better than that in the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）. The total treatment efficiency was higher in the observation group than in the control group. Control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Tan Re Qing injection and anti-virus for the treatment of virulence-invasive heart-type VMC can improve the clinical efficacy, improve the patient＇s inflammatory response, and promote the recovery of patients.
