腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕患者的围手术期护理分析

Perioperative Nursing Analysis of Laparoscopic Surgery for Ectopic Pregnancy

目的研究与分析围手术期护理运用到宫外孕腹腔镜手术中的效果。方法从本院2016年8月至2018年2月期间内接收的宫外孕患者中,随机抽取60名患者,将其进行奇偶排序,30名奇数患者作为观察组,30名偶数患者作为对照组。对照组患者采用常规模式进行护理,观察组患者采用围手术期护理模式进行干预。对比两组患者临床症状消失情况以及护理满意度情况。结果观察组临床症状消失时间、护理满意率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理对于宫外孕手术患者的恢复和预后影响较大,使患者临床症状得到显著改善,临床价值较高。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of perioperative nursing on laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy. Methods 60 patients were randomly selected from the ectopic pregnancy patients who were received from August 2016 to February 2018 in this hospital. They were sorted by odd and even. 30 odd-numbered patients were used as the observation group and 30 evennumbered patients were used as the control group. The clinical symptom disappearance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing has a greater impact on the recovery and prognosis of patients undergoing ectopic pregnancy surgery, which results in significant improvement of clinical symptoms and higher clinical value.
