不同血液检验指标在冠心病检测中的临床应用价值

Clinical Application Value of Different Blood Test Indexes in Coronary Heart Disease Detection

目的分析不同血液检验指标于检验冠心病的临床价值。方法抽取2016年1月至2018年1月两年期间我院收治的该病患者(310例)为观察组,同期健康患者(310例)作为对照组,分析对比两组的血液检验指标。结果其中观察组该患者的cTnT、hs-cTnT、CK-MB、RDW均不同程度的大于对照组的数据,其差异具统计学意义;相反PCT、PLC无显著差别。结论冠心病病人血液指标中cTnT、hs-cTnT、CK-MB、RDW明显升高,可用其临床鉴别冠心病。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of different blood test indexes in detecting coronary heart disease. Methods From January 2016 to January 2018, 310 patients with the disease were selected as the observation group and 310 healthy patients as the control group. The blood test indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The c Tn T, hs-c Tn T, CK-MB and RDW of the patients in the observation group were different from those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. On the contrary, there was no significant difference between PCT and PLC. Conclusion CTn T, hs-c Tn T, CK-MB and RDW in blood indexes of patients with coronary heart disease increased significantly.
