血液检验在贫血鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值研究

Study on Clinical Application Value of Blood Test in Differential Diagnosis of Anemia

目的对血液检验红细胞参数在贫血鉴别诊断中的检验价值进行探讨。方法取50例贫血患者参与此次研究,患者均于2017年1月到2018年1月入院进行治疗。按照患者贫血类型进行分组,其中有23例患者为地中海贫血,有27例患者为缺铁性贫血。同期抽取25例健康体检者作为对照组。对三组对象予以血液检验,对三组对象的红细胞参数指标、血液检验情况进行观察和分析。结果地中海贫血患者的RBC、Hb、RBC/MCV水平较高,缺铁性贫血患者的RDW水平较高,对照组的Hb、MCH、MCV水平较高,数据对比所得P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论对贫血患者实施血液检验,通过红细胞参数水平可便于医师对患者的贫血类型进行鉴别,提高诊断工作的准确率,应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the value of red blood cell parameters in the differential diagnosis of anemia. Methods 50 patients with anemia participated in the study. All patients were admitted to hospital from January 2017 to January 2018. Patients were grouped according to their type of anemia, of whom 23 were thalassemia and 27 were iron-deficiency anemia. In the same period, 25 healthy persons were selected as the control group. Blood tests were performed on three groups of subjects, and red blood cell parameters and blood tests of the three groups were observed and analyzed. Results Patients with thalassemia had higher levels of RBC, Hb, and RBC/MCV. Patients with iron deficiency anemia had higher levels of RDW, while controls had higher levels of Hb, MCH, and MCV. The data were compared with P〈0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion Blood test is performed for anemia patients, and the level of red blood cell parameters can facilitate doctors to identify anemia types, improve the accuracy of diagnostic work, the application value is higher.
