品管圈护理模式对神经内科护理质量及患者满意度的影响及应用价值分析

Influence of Quality Control Circle Nursing Mode on Nursing Quality and Patient Satisfaction in Neurology Department

目的探讨分析品管圈护理模式对神经内科护理质量和护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院神经内科在2017年10月至2018年3月接诊住院治疗的神经病患者60人为研究对象,按照随机分组原则分为实验组和对照组,各30人。对照组实施神经病常规护理管理模式,实验组采用品管圈护理模式,两周后,对比分析两组护理后神经病住院患者感染发生率、护理满意度及护理质量等情况。结果护理后,实验组患者感染发生率为6.7%,明显少于对照组的26.7%;实验组的护理满意度为83.3%,明显高于对照组的60.0%;实验组只发生1例神经衰弱,对照组发生神经衰弱3例,肢体远端对称性感觉异常2例,其它神经症状1例,两组均差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经病科采用品管圈护理模式,可以很大程度上提高临床护理质量,减少患者感染发生率,提高患者及其家属满意度与改善患者的生活质量,临床应用效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of quality control circle nursing mode on nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in neurology department. Methods 60 neuropathic patients in our hospital from October 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into experimental and control groups according to the principle of random grouping, 30 people in each group. The control group carried out the routine nursing management model of neuropathy, while the experimental group adopted quality control circle nursing mode. After two weeks, the incidence of infection, nursing satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the incidence of infection in the experimental group was 6.7%, obviously less than 26.7% in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 83.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（60%）; the experimental group only had 1 cases of neurasthenia, while 3 cases of neurasthenia, 2 cases of distal symmetry of the extremities, 1 other neurological symptoms in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing mode can greatly improve the quality of clinical nursing, reduce the incidence of infection, improve the satisfaction and improve the quality of life of the patients. The clinical application effect is remarkable, and it is worthy of clinical application.
