产科护理风险规范在新护士及护生带教中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究分析产科护理风险规范在新护士以及护生带教中的应用。方法选择2016年8月至2017年8月在我院进行实习的护士学生共50例以及在我院产科工龄3年以下的护理人员共20例作为研究分析对象,使用随机数字法,将实习护士分为观察组、对照组,对照组实习护士进行常规教学模式,观察组实习护士进行产科护理风险规范培训,对护理人员进行也进行产科护理风险规范培训,将两组实习生的考核情况进行对比,同时将护理人员在培训前后的考核情况进行对比。结果观察组实习护士的考核情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;护理人员经过培训后的考核情况明显优于培训前(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论在对新护士以及护士带教中进行产科护理风险规范培训具有显著效果,明显提高了新护士以及实习护士的考核成绩,值得推广应用。 Objective To study and analyze the application methods of the obstetric nursing risk norms in new nurses and nursing students. Methods A total of 50 nurses from August 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital and 20 cases of nursing staff under 3 years of obstetric age in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the random digital method was used. The nurses were divided into the observation group and the control group. The practice nurses in the control group were taught the routine teaching mode. The observation group was trained in the obstetric nursing risk standard, and the nursing staff were trained in the obstetric nursing risk standard. The assessment of the two groups of interns was compared, and the nursing staff were trained before and after the training. The assessment is compared. Results the assessment of practice nurses in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P〈0.05). The difference was statistically significant. The assessment of the nurses after training was significantly better than that before the training(P〈0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion It has remarkable effect on the training of the risk of obstetric nursing in the new nurses and the nurses' teaching. It can obviously improve the examination results of the new nurses and the practice nurses, and it is worth popularizing.
