Nursing Experience of 1 Patients with Cerebral Infarction Combined with Tracheotomy

目的总结1例脑梗死患者合并气管切开术的护理体会,积累复杂病例救治成功的护理经验。方法由于患者急性起病,病情凶险,及时采取气管切开术,术后密切观察患者生命体征,血氧饱和度,肢体活动情况,及时补充血容量,保证营养,预防并发症。结果患者气管切开术后4周封管成功,呼吸平稳,意识清楚,营养良好,无并发症,顺利出院。结论患者加以重点观察,密切监护,采取积极有效的护理措施,预防并发症,促进患者早日康复出院。总结护理经验,为今后护理复杂病例提供参考。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with cerebral infarction combined with tracheotomy, and to accumulate the nursing experience of complex cases. Methods After 4 weeks of tracheotomy, the patient was successfully managed with smooth breathing, clear consciousness, good nutrition, and no complications. Results After tracheotomy, 4 patients were treated with Zhoufengguanchenggong, breathing was stable, consciousness was clear, nutrition was good, no complications were found, and they were discharged from the hospital. Conclusion Patients should be observed, monitored closely, take active and effective nursing measures to prevent complications and promote early recovery and discharge from hospital. Summarize the nursing experience and provide reference for the future nursing complicated cases.
