自拟升阳布津汤治疗原发性干燥综合征阴虚型36例

Self Made Shengyang Bujin Decoction in Treating 36 Cases of Primary Sjogren's Syndrome with Yin Deficiency

目的观察自拟升阳布津汤治疗原发性干燥综合征阴虚型患者的临床效果。方法研究筛选70例符合要求的患者作为观察对象,随机分为两组,采用常规对症治疗给予对照组34例患者干预,治疗组36例用升阳布津汤治加减。结果治疗组总有效率88.9%明显高于对照组总有效率55.9%(P<0.05)。结论升阳布津汤治疗干燥综合征阴虚型疗效较佳。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Shengyang Bujin Decoction in treating primary Sjogren＇s syndrome. Methods 70 patients who met the requirements were random Ly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group 34 cases were treated with routine symptomatic replacement therapy, and 36 cases in the treatment group were treated with Shengyang Bujin Decoction. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.9% significantly higher than that of the control group 55.9%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shengyang Bujin Decoction is effective in treating yin deficiency syndrome of Sjogren＇s syndrome.
