分析妊娠期合并细菌性阴道炎对妊娠结局的临床影响

Analysis of Clinical Effects of Pregnancy Complications of Bacterial Vaginosis on Pregnancy Outcomes

目的分析妊娠期合并细菌性阴道炎对妊娠结局的临床影响。方法选取我院于2014年2月至2017年2月收治的640位妊娠期合并细菌性阴道炎患者作为观察组,对其进行治疗。并选取同期在我院进行产检的626位健康孕妇作为对照组,对比观察两组妊娠结局。结果观察组的新生儿窒息、流产、新生儿鹅口疮、胎膜早破、早产的发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期合并细菌性阴道炎将会增加异常妊娠结局的发生率,因此,需进行有效的婚前与孕前检查,避免不良结局的出现。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of pregnancy complications of bacterial vaginosis on pregnancy outcomes. Methods A total of 640 patients with complications of bacterial vaginosis who were admitted to our hospital between February 2014 and February 2017 were selected as the observation group and treated. In addition, 626 healthy pregnant women who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared and observed. Results The incidence of neonatal asphyxia, miscarriage, neonatal thrush, premature rupture of membranes, and premature delivery was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bacterial vaginosis during pregnancy will increase the incidence of abnormal pregnancy outcomes. Therefore, effective premarital and pre-pregnancy tests are needed to avoid the occurrence of adverse outcomes.
