探讨可活动的铰链外固定架在肘部创伤治疗中的应用价值

Explore the Application Value of Movable Hinge External Fixator in Elbow Trauma Treatment

目的了解肘部创伤患者用可活动铰链外固定架治疗的临床应用价值。方法选取笔者所在卫生院骨科于2015年至2017年收治的肘部受创患者为分析对象,从该群体中随机抽取40例,所有患者均制定可活动的铰链外固定架方案治疗,对患者资料以回顾性方式进行分析并归纳该治疗方案对于此类骨科类型症状的治疗作用。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术治疗并获得完整随访。相对于治疗前,患者肘关节ROM以及Mayo肘关节评分均有显著改善,前后数据差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);对肘关节疗效进行评估,优良率达到70%,随访期间有6例患者出现并发症,经对症处理后并发症消失。结论为肘部创伤患者在制定治疗方案时可配合可活动铰链外固定架手段,更好的改善患者肘关节以及临床改善效果,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To understand the clinical value of the treatment of elbow trauma patients with movable hinge external fixator. Methods The authors selected from the Department of Orthopaedics of the Department of Health of the hospital from 2015 to 2017 to treat the injured patients in the elbow. 40 patients were random Ly selected from this group. All patients were treated with a movable hinge external fixator program. The analysis was performed in a retrospective manner and the therapeutic effects of this treatment regimen on these orthopedic types of symptoms were summarized. Results All patients successfully completed surgical treatment and received a complete follow-up. Compared with before treatment, the ROM of the elbow joint and the Mayo elbow score were significantly improved, and the difference between the before and after data was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the efficacy of the elbow joint was evaluated and the excellent and good rate reached 70%. There was 6 during the follow-up period. In patients with complications, the complications disappeared after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion For the elbow trauma patients in the development of treatment programs can be combined with movable hinge external fixation means to better improve the patient＇s elbow joints and clinical improvement, high safety, worthy of promotion.
