Analysis of the Causes of Errors in Common Chinese Drugs Dispensing and Countermeasures

目的探讨常见中药调剂中的差错原因及应对措施。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月我院中药调剂中的差错事件进行全面汇总并按照其种类进行分类统计,并根据其制定相应的应对措施于2017年实行,统计2017年1月至2017年12月我院中药调剂中的差错事件,对比两年中药调剂中的差错事件发生率。结果 2017年1月至2017年12月中药调剂中的差错事件发生率明显优于2016年1月至2016年12月,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采取相关应对措施提高收费人员、调剂人员的专业素养,有利于提升药学服务的安全性,可减少调剂过程中的差错事件。

Objective To explore the causes of errors in the preparation of chinese drugs dispensing and their countermeasures. Methods Select the error events in our hospital＇s chinese drugs dispensing preparation from January 2016 to December 2016 to carry out a comprehensive summary and statistics according to their types, and formulate corresponding countermeasures according to their implementation in 2017. Statistics January 2017 to December 2017, the error events in the TCM preparations in our hospital compared the incidence of error events in chinese drugs dispensing for two years. Results The incidence of error events in chinese drugs dispensing from January 2017 to December 2017 was significantly better than that from January 2016 to December 2016, with significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Take relevant measures to improve the personnel charges, adjust the professional quality, It is beneficial to improve the safety of pharmaceutical care and reduce errors in dispensing.
