通督活血汤加减治疗腰椎管狭窄症80例疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的对通督活血汤加减治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效进行分析,为腰椎管狭窄症的相关中医疗法提供参考依据。方法于2014年3月至2017年8月采用定群抽样的方法选取我院骨伤科收治的腰椎管狭窄症病例;采用临床流行病学中随机对照试验的设计原则设置试验组(通督活血汤加减治疗+常规治疗方案)、对照组(仅行常规治疗方案);采用临床症状自评量表评估疗效的改善情况。结果试验组与对照组患者的临床症状均有一定程度改善,但试验组对腰背疼痛、马尾神经综合征的临床改善效果比对照组更加显著(P<0.05)。结论本研究所使用的通督活血汤加减治疗联合常规疗法在用于退行性腰椎管狭窄症的治疗具有积极的临床意义。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of the combination of Tong Du Huoxue Decoction(Tong Du Huoxue Decoction) in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis, and to provide reference for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods In March 2014-August 2017, a group sampling method was used to select the cases of lumbar spinal stenosis in a class three grade a hospital department of orthopedics, and the experimental group was set up by the design principle of randomized controlled trial in clinical epidemiology(the self matched Tong Du Huoxue Decoction plus and subtraction treatment + routine treatment scheme) and the control group(only routine group). The clinical symptom checklist was used to evaluate the improvement of curative effect. Results The clinical symptoms of the experimental group and the control group were improved to some extent, but the clinical improvement effect of the experimental group on the lumbar back pain and the cauda equina syndrome was more significant than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Tong Du Huo Xue Decoction Combined with routine therapy has positive clinical significance in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.
