真武汤对比温脾汤加减治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Chronic Renal Failure Treated by Zhenwu Decoction Compared with Wenpi Decoction

目的对比真武汤和温脾汤加减治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2016年11月21日至2017年11月21日期间我院慢性肾功能衰竭100例患者(实施信封随机分组模式),对照组的50例患者进行温脾汤加减治疗,观察组的50例患者进行真武汤治疗。结果观察组患者Hb[(91.47±8.31)g/L]、Ccr[(56.85±5.23)m L/min]、BUN[(12.56±1.18)mmol/L]、SCr[(254.16±8.53)μmol/L]、总有效率(96.00%)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾功能衰竭患者实施真武汤治疗效果更为显著。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Zhenwu Decoction and Wenpi Decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital from November 21, 2016 to November 21, 2017 were enrolled（enforced envelope randomization mode）, 50 patients in the control group were treated with Wenpi Decoction, 50 cases in the observation group were treated with Zhenwu Decoction. Results The Hb[（91.47±8.31）g/L], Ccr[（56.85±5.23）m L/min], BUN[（12.56±1.18）mmol/L], SCr[（254.16±8.53）μmol/L], total effective rate（96.00 %） in observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Zhenwu Decoction on patients with chronic renal failure is more significant.
