玻璃离子垫矫治器治疗儿童前牙反牙合的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Treating Children's Anterior Teeth with Reversing Occlusions with Glass Ion Beam Appliances

目的将玻璃离子垫矫治器用于儿童前牙反牙合治疗中对其临床疗效进行评价。方法对我院收治的42例前牙反牙合儿童临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有儿童均使用玻璃离子垫矫治器进行治疗,观察患儿治疗结果。结果本组患儿矫治后,前牙反牙合状态解除平均时间为(11.42±0.57)周,通过表1得出,本组41例患儿治疗后SNA、SNB、ANB、U1/NA、L1/MP、L1/NB、U1/SN各项指标均有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗后患儿MP/SN与治疗前相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论玻璃离子垫矫治器用于儿童前牙反牙合治疗中效果理想,可快速解除患儿前牙反牙合状态,改善其颜面美观与口腔功能,值得临床应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of glass ionosphere appliance in the treatment of children＇s anterior teeth. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 42 children with anterior occlusal spondylitis treated in our hospital. All children were treated with a glass ion beam appliance and the results of the treatment were observed. Results After the treatment of this group of children, the average time for dismissal of the anterior teeth was（11.42±0.57） weeks. According to Table 1, 41 cases of SNA, SNB, ANB, U1/NA, The indexes of L1/MP, L1/NB, U1/SN were all significantly improved（P〈0.05）. After treatment, there was no significant difference in MP/SN compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Glass ion pad The appliance is ideal for the treatment of children＇s anterior teeth and can rapidly relieve the anterior teeth＇s anti-occlusal state and improve their facial appearance and oral function. It is worthy of clinical application.
