综合性护理对小儿肺炎治疗效果的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on the Treatment Effect of Pediatric Pneumonia

目的研讨小儿肺炎患者接受综合性护理指导的临床价值。方法选择2015年1月至12月我院收治的500例肺炎患儿参与实验,入选患儿按随机数表法划入两组,Ⅰ组(n=250)按常规标准进行基础护理,Ⅱ组(n=250)在上述条件下接受综合性护理指导,对比评估两组的护理效果。结果相比Ⅰ组,Ⅱ组患儿治疗总有效率提高至97.2%,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在肺部症状缓解时间、抗生素使用时间及体温恢复时间上,Ⅱ组相比Ⅰ组的平均时间均明显缩短,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿肺炎中推行综合性护理指导有辅助治疗的效果,并且可缩短抗生素使用时间,促进患儿病情恢复,值得推荐。

Objective To study the clinical value of comprehensive nursing guidance for children with pneumonia. Methods 500 cases of pneumonia in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected to participate in the experiment. The children were selected to be divided into two groups according to the random number table method. Group I（n=250） was given basic nursing according to the conventional standard. Group Ⅱ（n=250） received comprehensive nursing guidance under the above conditions and compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results Compared with group Ⅰ, the total effective rate of treatment in group Ⅱ increased to 97.2%, which was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the time of pulmonary symptom remission, antibiotic use time and body temperature recovery time, the average time of group Ⅱ compared with group Ⅰ was significantly shortened, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The introduction of comprehensive nursing guidance in children with pneumonia has the effect of adjuvant therapy, and can shorten the use of antibiotics and promote the recovery of children＇s condition. It is worth recommending.
