网络延续性护理对提高炎性肠病患者的服药依从性的影响

Effect of Network Continuity Nursing on Improving Medication Compliance of Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease

目的探讨应用微信网络延续性护理对提高炎性肠病患者的服药依从性的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2017年12月本院收治的IBD患者184例,随机分为对照组92例和观察组92例。对照组进行常规健康指导教育,给予系统出院服药指导,观察组在对照组基础上增加微信网络平台干预指导。采用Morisky服药依从性量表评定患者服药后在出院后1个月,3个月,6个月,9个月,12个月的依从性。结果观察组服药后依从性评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论网络延续性护理能够有效提高炎性肠病患者的服药依从性,临床效果显著,值得医院推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect of We Chat network continuity nursing on improving the compliance of patients with inflammatory bowel disease. Method From January 2014 to December 2017, 164 patients with IBD in our hospital were random Ly divided into control group（82 cases） and observation group（82 cases）. The control group was given routine health guidance education, while the control group was given medication guidance at discharge. The observation group was added with We Chat network platform intervention guidance on the basis of the control group. The compliance of 1 patients, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months after discharge was evaluated by Morisky medication adherence scale. Result The compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Network continuity nursing can effectively improve the compliance of patients with inflammatory bowel disease, and the clinical effect is remarkable. It is worth promoting and applying in hospitals.
