箱形柱内套筒式全螺栓拼接节点试验数值模拟 被引量:12

摘要 在4个箱形柱拼接节点低周往复加载试验研究基础上,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对4个箱形柱拼接节点的低周往复试验进行模拟分析,得到了节点的承载力、力-位移滞回曲线、骨架曲线和刚度退化规律。对比数值模拟结果与试验结果表明:在滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化和应变变化方面,数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,箱形柱内套筒式全螺栓拼接节点在保证与柱焊接拼接节点相近的节点力学性能基础上实现了钢框架竖向试件的高效连接和绿色建造。 Based on the research of low-cycle reversed loading test on four fully-bolted box-section column-column connections,numerical simulation on low-cyclic reversed loading test of four column-column connections is carried out using finite element software ABAQUS.The bearing capacity,hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,and stiffness degradation of connections are obtained and compared with those of the tests.Through the comparison,the results including hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation condition and strain variation obtained from numerical simulation match well with those from the tests.The fully-bolted box-section column-column connection with inner sleeve can realize efficient assembly and green construction of vertical components with good mechanical behavior and rigid connection.
