乌灵胶囊联合地西泮对神经性耳鸣的临床效果观察

Observation of Wuling Capsule Joint Diazepam Clinical Effect of Neurological Tinnitus

目的观察乌灵胶囊联合甲钴胺片、地西泮片对神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法选择神经性耳鸣病人60例,并随机分为治疗组30例与对照组30例。治疗组应用乌灵胶囊、甲钴胺片、地西泮片;对照组用尼莫地平片、甲钴胺片,均连用21天。结果治疗组总有效率80.0%,对照组总有效率53.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊联合甲钴胺片、地西泮片治疗神经性耳鸣有较好疗效。

Objective Observation of Wuling capsule joint diazepam clinical effect of neurological tinnitus. Method Selection of 60 patients with neurological tinnitus, and randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases. Treatment group applied Wuling capsule, mecobalamin tablets, diazepam tablets; Nimodipine tablets and mecobalamin tablets in the control group,used for 21 days. Result Total effective rate of treatment group is 80.0%,total effective rate of the control group is 53.3%. The difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant.（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wuling Capsule combined with mecobalamin tablets and diazepam tablets for the treatment of neurological tinnitus.
