孕早期无痛人流使用米索前列醇的效果观察

Effect of Misoprostol on Painless Abortion in Early Pregnancy

目的对米索前列醇在孕早期无痛人流手术中的用药方法进行探讨,观察用药效果,为临床实践提供参考和指导。方法从收治的无痛人流患者中,筛选72例作为临床研究对象,按照随机的方式将其划分为研究组与对照组,各组患者36例,两组患者均行常规无痛人流手术,采用丙泊酚进行麻醉,对研究组患者在术前阴道局部使用米索前列醇,对照组患者不使用米索前列醇。结果和对照组相比,研究组患者的宫颈扩张总有效率更高,丙泊酚用量、术中出血量更少,手术时间更短,更像观察指标对比差异明显,且具有统计学意义。结论对无痛人流患者在术前使用米索前列醇,可以促进其宫颈软化、扩张,从而加快手术进度、减少麻醉药物用量及术中出血量,值得加强临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of misoprostol on painless abortion in early pregnancy. Methods 72 patients with painless abortion were randomly divided into research group and control group, each group 36 cases, patients with two groups of patients undergoing routine painless abortion surgery, anesthesia with propofol, and some patients with team in preoperative vaginal local use of misoprostol, control group patients without the use of misoprostol. Results Compared with control group, patients with cervical dilation of the total effective rate is higher, the dosage of propofol, less intraoperative blood loss, operating time is shorter, more like observation index comparison difference to be markedly, with statistical significance. Conclusion The use of misoprostol before operation for painless abortion can promote the softening and expansion of the cervix and make the operation more smooth and safe.
