幽门螺杆菌感染与儿童过敏性紫癜相关性分析

Correlative Analysis of Helicobacter Pylori infection and Children Allergic Purpura

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌感染与儿童过敏性紫癜相关性并总结其作用机制。方法随机选取2017年2月至2018年2月到我院接受诊治的52例儿童过敏性紫癜患儿。选取同期我院健康体检患儿48例,利用快速尿素酶检测幽门螺杆菌感染阳性率。结果过敏性紫癜患儿幽门螺杆菌感染阳性密切相关,24例腹型过敏性紫癜患儿幽门螺杆菌感染阳性率共17例,阳性率为70.83%,均合并消化道症状,与幽门螺杆菌感染阳性率有密切关联。结论幽门螺杆菌细胞感染可导致患儿免疫系统异常以及毛细血管炎症反应,值得临床关注。

Objective To investigate the association between Helicobacter pylori infection and children with allergic purpura and summarize its mechanism. Methods A total of 52 children with anaphylactoid purpura who were admitted to our hospital during the period from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly selected. 48 healthy children in our hospital during the same period were selected and the positive rate of Helicobacter pylori infection was detected by rapid urease. Results The positive rate of Helicobacter pylori infection in children with HenochSchonlein purpura was closely related. The positive rate of Helicobacter pylori infection in 24 children with abdominal allergic purpura was 17 cases, the positive rate was 70.83%. Both were associated with gastrointestinal symptoms and Helicobacter pylori The positive rate of infection is closely related. Conclusion Helicobacter pylori infection can lead to abnormal immune system and capillary inflammatory response in children, which is worthy of clinical attention.
