维生素B_(12)与叶酸联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效研究

Therapeutic Effect of Vitamin B_(12) Combined with Folic Acid and Metformin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的探究维生素B_12、叶酸联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床治疗效果。方法选取本院于2015年1月至2018年1月收治的80例2型糖尿病患者,随机分组为对照组与观察组,分别予以二甲双胍治疗、维生素B_12+叶酸+二甲双胍联合治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果经治疗后,观察组的维生素B_12、叶酸及Hcy水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率(95.00%)显著高于对照组(77.50%)(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者采取维生素B_12+叶酸+二甲双胍联合治疗法,临床疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of vitamin B_12, folic acid and metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 80 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, treated with metformin and vitamin B_12 ＋ folic acid ＋ metformin respectively. The effect of two groups of clinical treatment was compared. Results After treatment, the levels of vitamin B_12, folic acid and Hcy in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group（95.00%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（77.50%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of vitamin B_12 ＋ folic acid ＋ metformin in patients with type 2 diabetes has a significant clinical effect and is worthy of promotion.
