二甲双胍联合优质护理治疗社区2型糖尿病的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Metformin Combined with Quality Nursing in Treating Type 2 Diabetes in Community

目的探讨二甲双胍联合优质护理对社区2型糖尿病患者血糖达标及生活质量的影响。方法选取2型糖尿病患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均予以二甲双胍降血糖治疗,观察组在此基础上予以优质护理干预,对比两组临床效果。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白达标率均显著显高于对照组(P<0.05);其急性并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者的生活质量各项目评分显著下降(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合优质护理干预治疗社区2型糖尿病的降糖效果显著,既可改善血糖指标,降低急性并发症发生率,又能显著改善预后。

Objective To investigate the effect of metformin combined with high-quality care on blood glucose levels and quality of life in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in the community. Methods Choose 80 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups were treated with metformin and hypoglycemic therapy. On this basis, the observation group was given quality nursing interventions to compare the clinical effects of the two groups. Results Fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin compliance rate were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）; observation group acute complications The incidence of the disease was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; the scores of quality of life of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metformin combined with high quality nursing intervention in the treatment of type 2 diabetes in the community has a significant effect, which can not only improve the blood sugar index, reduce the incidence of acute complications, but also significantly improve the prognosis.
