探讨彩超在乳腺肿瘤临床诊断中的应用

To Explore the Application of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Clinical Diagnosis of Breast Tumors

目的探讨彩超在乳腺肿瘤临床诊断中的应用。方法选取我院于2015年3月至2018年3月收治的50位乳腺肿瘤患者,对其分别实施X线检查与彩超检查,对比观察两种方法的诊断效果。结果彩超检查的诊断准确率明显高于X线检查,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用彩超来诊断乳腺肿瘤能够有效提高诊断准确率,有助于医生进行针对性治疗,提高治疗效果,减轻患者所承受的痛苦,具有很高的临床应用价值,值得大力推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of color Doppler ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of breast tumors. Methods 50 patients with breast tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were enrolled. X-ray examination and color Doppler ultrasound examination were performed respectively. The diagnostic results of the two methods were compared. Results The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound examination was significantly higher than that of X-ray examination. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The use of color Doppler ultrasound to diagnose breast tumors can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy, help doctors to carry out targeted treatment, improve the treatment effect, and alleviate the suffering of patients. It has high clinical application value and is worthy of popularization and application.
