探讨血液9项生化指标对脂肪肝的诊断和鉴别诊断价值

目的探讨血液9项生化指标对脂肪肝的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法从本院2017年1月至2018年6月接收的脂肪肝患者中,抽取150名,按照脂肪肝分为酒精性脂肪肝(AFLD)组75例和非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)组75例,并选取75名同期来我院体检的健康人群设置为健康组作为参照。结果AFLD组和NAFLD组中ALT、AST、m-AST、m-AST/AST、TG、GGT、TC等指标均显著高于健康组,组间比较结果 P<0.05;其中NAFLD组m-AST、m-AST/AST、GGT、TC显著低于AFLD组,组间比较结果 P<0.05;HDL-C和LDL-C三组差异无统计学意义P> 0.05。结论应用血液9项生化指标检测结果差异明显,为脂肪肝的诊断和鉴别提供重要的参考价值。

Objective To investigate the value of 9 biochemical indicators of blood in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of fatty liver. Methods From January 2017 to June 2018, 150 patients with fatty liver were selected. According to fatty liver, 75 cases were alcoholic fatty liver（AFLD） group and 75 cases were nonalcoholic fatty liver（NAFLD） group. Meanwhile, 75 healthy people who came to our hospital during the same period were selected as health group. Results The indexes of ALT, AST, m-AST, m-AST/AST, TG, GGT and TC in the AFLD group and the NAFLD group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group. The comparison between the groups was P 〈0.05. Among them, the NAFLD group m-AST, m-AST/AST, GGT, TC were significantly lower than AFLD group, the comparison between groups was P 〉0.05; There was no significant difference in HDL-C and LDL-C between the three groups P 0.05. Conclusion The results of 9 biochemical indexes were significantly different, which provided important reference value for the diagnosis and identification of fatty liver.
