高校应急救护培训项目建立健全现代院前急救体系的实践研究与构建策略——基于武威职业学院红十字应急救护培训工作的成效和拓展

Practice Research and Construction Strategy for Establishing and Improving Modern Pre Hospital Emergency System in University Emergency Rescue Training Project

目的明确高校应急救护培训体系建设工作的成效和可行性。重视开展科学规范的大学生院前救护培训的现实意义。方法随机选取我校2017年武威市红十字应急救护高校(武威职业学院)培训学生里的200名大学生作为培训组,确立院前急救培训目标、下发培训教材、统一技术标准和实施"理论授课+视频观摩+技能练习"培训模式。随机抽取公共课选修《大学生安全教育》课程及常规学习急救知识的200名大学生作为对照组。两组大学生培训、学习前后均进行急救常识理论和操作技能的问卷与考核。结果培训及学习前两组学生的应急救护基础理论和规范化操作技能较差,培训及学习后成绩显著提升。且培训组学员理论及操作技能考核成绩明显高于对照组学员(P<0.05)。结论培训后发现两组大学生对急救知识和技能的认知程度明显提升且接受应急救护培训存在可靠而显著的数据对比依据。我校近几年开展的院前急救培训项目的实施有利地推动了武威市院前急救体系的发展,为建设幸福美好新甘肃提供了更好的人才保证和智力支持,为服务区域经济社会发展和"一带一路"发展战略做出了一定的贡献!

Objective Clear the effectiveness and feasibility of the construction of emergency rescue training system in Colleges and Universities. The importance of developing scientific and standardized pre hospital training for College Students. Methods 200 undergraduates from the training students of the Red Cross Emergency Care College in 2017 were randomly selected as the training group. Establishment of pre-hospital emergency training objectives, distribution of training materials, unification of technical standards and implementation of the training model of ＂theory teaching ＋ video observation ＋ skill training＂. 200 college students who took the course of safety education and studied first aid knowledge were randomly selected as control group. Questionnaire and examination on first aid theory and operative skills before and after training and study. Results The basic theory and standardized operation skills of the first two groups of students in training and learning were poor, and their scores improved significantly after training and learning. Moreover, the scores of theoretical and operational skills in the training group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion After training, it was found that the awareness of emergency knowledge and skills of the two groups of college students was significantly improved and there was a reliable and significant data comparison between the two groups. The implementation of the pre hospital first aid training program carried out by our school in recent years has promoted the development of the pre hospital care system in Wuwei. It has provided better personnel guarantee and intellectual support for the construction of a happy new Gansu. It has made a contribution to the development of the regional economy and society and the development of the ＂one belt and one road＂ development.
