探讨PDCA循环法在传染病疫情信息监测报告管理中的应用

Discussion on the Application of PDCA Circulation Method in the Management of Infectious Disease Epidemic Information Monitoring Report

目的探讨PDCA循环法在传染病疫情信息监测报告管理中的应用效果。方法以2015年1月至2018年1月为研究时间段,将2017年1月后实施PDCA循环法于传染病疫情信息监测报告管理中作为研究组,同时将2017年1月前未实施任何干预手段于传染病疫情信息监测报告管理中作为对照组,观察PDCA循环法实施前后传染病报告率、报告卡填写准确率和漏报、迟报发生率。结果研究组传染病报告率、报告卡填写准确率明显高于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05),且对照组出现漏报和迟报的几率明显大于研究组。结论在传染病疫情信息监测报告管理中应用PDCA循环法可以有效提高疫情报告管理质量,降低迟报和漏报率。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation method in the management of infectious disease epidemic information monitoring report. Methods From January 2015 to January 2018, as the study period, the PDCA cycle method will be implemented as the research group in the management of infectious disease epidemic information monitoring report after January 2017, and no implementation will be implemented before January 2017. Interventions were used as a control group in the management of infectious disease epidemic information monitoring reports. Observed the reporting rate of infectious diseases, the accuracy of report card filling, and the rate of underreporting and late reporting before and after the implementation of PDCA circulatory method. Results The rate of infection reporting and report card filling in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈 0.05）, and the probability of underreporting and late reporting in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle method in the management of infectious disease epidemic information monitoring report can effectively improve the quality of epidemic report management and reduce the rate of late report and false negative report.
