循证护理在77例胸腰椎骨折病人护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in the Nursing of 77 Patients with Thoracolumbar Fractures

目的在胸腰椎骨折病人临床护理中应用循证护理方式,对其护理效果进行探讨。方法选2017年1月至2018年7月间我院脊柱外科收治的、均经过MRI、CT、X线片等诊断为胸腰椎骨折的病人77例作为研究对象,对照组38例病人予以常规护理,而实验组39例病人采取循证护理措施进行护理。结果在护理过程中,每个小组都有病人出现拒绝治疗、不配合治疗、抑郁、暴躁、焦虑等情绪,但是从整体上来看,实验组病人不良反应发生率显著低于对照组病人不良反应发生率;在手术后,对照组病人与实验组病人均出现泌尿系统感染、食欲不振、腹泻、便秘、褥疮等症状,但实验组病人术后情况要显著优于对照组病人;实验组病人对护理工作总满意率为94.87%,显著高于对照组病人的86.84%。各项指标差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在胸腰椎骨折病人临床护理中应用循证护理方式可以提升病人的护理满意度,还能改善病人的术后情况,降低不良反应发生率,具有较高的应用价值,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of the patients with thoracolumbar fracture by applying the nursing method of consulting evidence. Methods From January 2017 to July 2018, 77 cases of thoracolumbar fracture diagnosed by MRI, CT and X-ray were selected as study objects in the orthopedics department of our hospital. 38 patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while 39 patients in the experimental group received nursing care by consulting evidence. Results In the nursing process, patients in each group showed rejection treatment, non-cooperation treatment, depression, irritability, anxiety and other emotions, but overall, the adverse reaction rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. After surgery, both the control group and the experimental group showed symptoms such as urinary system infection, loss of appetite, diarrhea, constipation, and bedsores, but the patients in the experimental group had significantly better postoperative conditions than those in the control group. The total satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was 94.87%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（86.84%）. All the indicators showed significant differences（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with thoracolumbar fracture can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, improve the postoperative situation of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is of high application value and worthy of clinical promotion.
