健康体检路径在体检中心优质护理中的应用探究

Application and Exploration of Health Physical Examination Path in Quality Nursing of Physical Examination Center

目的在体检中心优质护理中应用健康体检路径,对其护理效果进行探讨。方法选2017年3月至2018年7月间我院体检中心接待的健康体检者1600例作为研究对象。对照组400例体检者予以常规护理,实验组400例体检者通过健康体检路径予以优质护理。对两组体检者护理工作的满意度、在体检过程中表现出来的配合度以及对于健康知识掌握程度进行统计分析。结果实验组体验者对护理工作的满意度以及在体检过程中表现出来的配合度分别为99.50%、99.00%,显著高于对照组体检者的95.25%、92.25%。除此之外,在体检前,实验组体检者与对照组体检者对于健康知识的掌握差异不明显。经过护理之后,实验组体检者对于健康知识掌握程度的评分为(87.3±13.6)分,显著高于对照组体检者评分(72.0±11.2)分。各项指标差异显著,(P<0.05)。结论在体检中心优质护理中应用健康体检路径,可以显著提升体检者的护理满意度、在体检过程中的配合度,还能让体检者掌握更多的健康知识,具有较高的应用价值,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of health physical examination in the quality nursing of physical examination center. Methods 1,600 healthy people received by the physical examination center of our hospital from March 2017 to July 2018 were selected as subjects. Routine nursing was given to 400 patients in the control group, and quality nursing was given to 400 patients in the experimental group through the health examination path. The degree of satisfaction of the nursing work, the degree of cooperation during the physical examination and the degree of health knowledge were statistically analyzed. Results The degree of satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was 99.50% and 99.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（95.25% and 92.25%）. In addition, before the physical examination, there was no significant difference in health knowledge between the subjects in the experimental group and those in the control group. After nursing, the health knowledge of the patients in the experimental group was scored（87.3 ＋ 13.6）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（72.0 ＋ 11.2）. All indicators differ significantly（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of the health examination path in the quality nursing of the physical examination center can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of the physical examinees, the cooperation degree in the physical examination process, and enable the physical examinees to master more health knowledge, which has higher application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
