医护一体化模式在骨科护理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Application Value of Medical Care Integration Mode in Department of Orthopedics Nursing

目的评估医护一体化模式在骨科患者护理中的应用价值。方法将我院于2014年6月至2015年6月收治的220例骨科住院患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各110例。研究组患者接受医护一体化护理模式,对照组患者接受常规护理模式。比较两组患者的临床指标和满意度。结果研究组的检查预约等候时间、异常检查结果反馈时间、医嘱正确实施时间,以及平均住院时间等指标,均短于对参照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理质量满意度,护理人员满意度和医师满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化模式可提高骨科护理质量。

Objective To evaluate the integrated nursing model for orthopedic patients. Methods 220 orthopedic inpatients admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 110 cases in each group. The patients in the study group accepted the integrated nursing care mode, while the control group received the routine nursing mode. The clinical indicators and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The waiting time for appointment, feedback time of abnormal examination results, correct execution time of doctor＇s orders and average hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group（P〈 0.05）. The satisfaction of nursing quality, nurses and doctors in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The medical quality of orthopedics could be improved by applying integrated orthopedics nursing model.
