甲氨蝶呤联合来氟米特治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Methotrexate Combined with Leflunomide in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的了解类风湿性关节炎患者用甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特药物联合治疗的临床效果。方法选100例类风湿性关节炎患者群体为分析对象,随机平均分为对照组与联合组,前者单纯应用甲氨蝶呤治疗,后者联合来氟米特治疗。比较两种治疗方案对类风湿性关节炎患者病情的干预作用。结果相对于治疗前,患者关节压痛、关节肿胀以及晨僵时间等情况均有改善,联合组改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);在临床疗效评估方面,对照组患者总有效率76.0%,联合组总有效率84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为类风湿性关节炎患者用甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特两种药物联合治疗对于患者相关临床症状有明显改善作用,疗效突出且安全性有所保障,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of methotrexate and leflunomide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 100 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into control group and combined group. The former was treated with methotrexate alone and the latter with leflunomide. The intervention effects of two treatment regimens on rheumatoid arthritis patients were compared. Results Compared with the pretreatment, the joint tenderness, joint swelling and morning stiffness of the patients were improved, the improvement of the combined group was significantly better than the control group（P〈 0.05）; In the evaluation of clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of the control group was 76.0%, the total effective rate of the combined group was 84.0%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion For rheumatoid arthritis patients with methotrexate, prominent efficacy and safety has been guaranteed, worthy of clinical promotion.
