对西药抗生素不良反应的见解

Views on the Adverse Reaction of Western Medicine Antibiotics

目的对西药抗生素在临床应用中出现的各种不良反应的特点、规律进行研究分析。方法选择2016年9月至2017年9月在我院住院过程中因为服用抗生素而出现不良反应患者共180例作为研究分析对象,对所有患者使用的抗生素药物、类型以及患者的临床表现进行统计、分析。结果在出现的所有医药抗生素不良反应中,最主要的药种类型为抗感染药物,共72例,占比40.00%,在药物不良反应中,最主要的类型为β-内酰胺类抗生素,共93例,占比51.67%,患者临床表现中出现最多为皮肤损害以及皮肤附件损害,共86例,占比47.78%。结论临床上对西药抗生素不良反应情况需要引起重视,合理的使用抗生素药,进而提高用药安全性。

Objective To study and analyze the characteristics and regularity of adverse reactions of Western antibiotics in clinical application. Methods From September 2016 to September 2017, 180 patients with adverse reactions due to antibiotics were selected as the subjects of study. The antibiotics, types and clinical manifestations of all patients were statistically analyzed. Results In all the adverse drug reactions, the most important type of drug resistance was anti infective drugs, 72 cases, 40.00%. In the adverse drug reactions, the most important type was beta lactam antibiotics, 93 cases, accounting for 51.67%. The most clinical manifestations of the patients were skin damage and skin appendages. The damage was 86 cases, accounting for 47.78%. Conclusion Attention should be paid to the adverse drug reactions of Western antibiotics in clinic, and rational use of antibiotics can improve the safety of drug use.
