摘要
目的研究产妇心理状况、孕期营养和产后抑郁症之间的关系。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的3例产后抑郁症患者为研究对象,将其作为观察组,同期选择3例健康产妇为对照组,观察分析两组产妇相关诱因,综合产妇心理状况与孕期营养等因素,观察不同分娩阶段SAS、SDS、EPDS等方面的差异,分析其与产后抑郁症之间的关系。结果不同分娩阶段SAS、SDS、EPDS水平均存在明显差异,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论孕期营养和孕期心理状态对产后抑郁症的发生有着明显的影响,着重关注孕期营养保健和心理保健,能够有效降低产后抑郁风险,值得推广。
Objective To study the relationship between maternal psychological status, prenatal nutrition and postpartum depression. Methods 3 patients with postpartum depression admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects. Take it as an observation group, In the same period, 3 cases of healthy parturients were selected as the control group. Observe and analyze the two groups of maternal related incentives, comprehensive maternal psychological status and nutrition during pregnancy, and other factors. To observe the difference of SAS, SDS and EPDS in different delivery stages, and analyze the relationship between them and postpartum depression. Results There were significant differences in SAS, SDS and EPDS levels at different delivery stages, P〈 0.05, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Prenatal nutrition and mental state during pregnancy have obvious effects on the occurrence of postpartum depression. Paying attention to nursing care and mental health care during pregnancy can effectively reduce the risk of postpartum depression, which is worthy of promotion.
