丹参川芎嗪注射液静脉滴注治疗急性期脑血栓形成的疗效探讨

Intravenous Infusion of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Thrombosis

目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液静脉滴注治疗急性期脑血栓形成的疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月我院收治的60例急性期脑血栓患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为观察组34例和对照组26例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予丹参川芎嗪注射液静脉滴注治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后NIHSS改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性期脑血栓形成的治疗过程中使用丹参川芎嗪注射液,可以改善患者的神经功能,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of intravenous infusion of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection in the treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as subjects. Randomized data were divided into observation group（34 cases） and control group（26 cases）. The control group was given conventional treatment. The observation group received intravenous drip injection of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The improvement of NIHSS in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The use of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection in the treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis can improve the patient＇s neurological function and improve clinical treatment.
